Refund Policy

Apart from a few of the most popular prints, for which we keep enough in stock to be able to process orders quickly, prints are only produced to order and are usually collected from our printer on the following day. If a print sent by post arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it with a fresh print with the same run number, e.g. "13/50", so long as the damaged print is returned to us. 

As this is a not-for-profit operation, it is a bit difficult for us when a customer changes their mind after a print has been made for them. We will offer to exchange the print they ordered for another in the series if they make a donation of £20, or £30 if the ordered print has been framed for them.
