It was a Man-Made Famine

This is from a limited edition of prints (50 per painting) from JB Vallely's 2026 From Wounded Knee to Gaza series. Each print is on high-quality art paper and is signed, captioned and numbered by the artist. The actions of the Israelis in blocking the entry of all food and water into Gaza, bombing bakeries, fishing ports, farmland, water infrastructure, flour mills and warehouses, and murdering people trying to access food at aid distribution centres, meant that the levels of malnourishment and starvation escalated to the extent that the situation was recognised as a catastrophic famine by August 2025. The situation eased after international pressure forced Israel to allow in more aid convoys in late December, but justice demands accountability for the crime of using starvation of civilians as a method of warfare.

Unframed prints can be collected in Armagh, delivered free within a 15-mile radius, or posted in strong cardboard tubes. Framed prints (allow 3 weeks for framing) are for collection or free delivery within 15 miles.
